You have a legal time limit of 7 days from the deliver of your order to inform us of your intention toreturn it and the reason of this return through our email : contact@becauseimlittle.com

WHICH ARTICLES CAN BE RETURNED ?

All articles can be returned. The products must be in perfect state, in their original packaging,

with their label. It should never have been worn or used in other ways and should be clean.

QUALITY CONTROL

“Because I’m little” grant the biggest attention on the manufacturing of its products. If however, defects are to be found, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss this problem in order to receive a new article. We ask you to respect this procedure of return and to indicate us the motive for return. You will have the possibility of exchanging your article or to get a refund. The expenses of return would be in this case at our expense.

DAMAGED ARTICLE

At the reception of my parcel, if I consider that the packaging presents tracks of deterioration, I have the possibility of refusing the parcel, or ask for a provision to my post office so that I can open it in presence of an authorized agent. If your parcel was accepted by a third party, we invite you to formulate a complaint at your post office.
